Submuscular smooth round silicone implants: Mentor smooth round high profile 200cc implants, incision inframammary (under the breast). This patient was an ideal candidate for a small implant as she had a small chest circumference and did not want large breasts.  It was best to put the implants submuscular because she does not have much breast tissue. An implant over the muscle (subglandular) would have had significant rippling and would not have had such a good result.
